Ingredients 4 people:

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 2 garlic cloves or a tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • Sal marina
  • Black pepper

Preparation:

  1. Wash the potatoes and cut lengthwise into 8 pieces, I prefer to cook with skin because they are more flavorful and more nutrients, if you do not like the skin, the peel before cutting.

Bake at 180 ° C for about 45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and lightly browned.
